Summary

Would you like to share your expertise in feed technology and train people from all over the world through hands-on learning? At our School of Feed Technology (SFT), you will combine in-depth process knowledge with strong teaching skills. You will design and deliver both theoretical and practical training courses, continuously develop training content, and support customers as well as internal employees directly at our facilities or on-site at customer locations. Job Responsibilities

  • You deliver theoretical and practical training in all areas of feed technology, transferring your expertise in a hands-on manner to customers and internal employees
  • You continuously develop training materials, teaching resources, and educational formats, tailoring them to the specific needs of participants
  • You independently conduct raw material trials and training sessions in our application center, analyze product quality, and derive potential process improvements
  • You support international course participants throughout their training journey and ensure a professional, competent, and welcoming learning experience
  • You assist customers with mill audits, technological challenges, and on-site training, while actively contributing to the technical and organizational development of our School of Feed Technology

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably, you have completed vocational training as a Miller specializing in Animal Feed Production, or alternatively in the food industry, ideally combined with several years of professional experience in a feed mill
  • Sound expertise in feed milling, particularly in grinding, mixing, pelleting/compacting, and cooling processes, as well as solid knowledge of machinery and process engineering
  • Pedagogical training and/or experience as a trainer, lecturer, or instructor is an advantage, combined with a passion for conveying complex topics in a clear, practical, and engaging way
  • A persuasive, communicative, and motivating personality who enjoys working with people from different cultures and demonstrates an independent and structured approach to work
  • Excellent German and English language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel globally up to 20% of the time
