Summary

Join our Controlling team to contribute to the global controlling of the Business Area Milling Solutions, in close collaboration with Bühler’s financial organizations around the world. As the market leader, Milling Solutions provides complete systems for processing wheat, rye, oats, maize, and pulses - and plays a key role in transforming the global milling industry. Job Responsibilities

  • You act as a proactive business partner to various department managers within the Business Area Milling Solutions
  • You take responsibility for R&D Controlling and serve as the financial business partner to the Head of R&D Milling Solutions
  • You act as the key link between Milling Solutions, Corporate Accounting and Controlling, and our regional finance organizations
  • You coordinate and prepare the annual budget for the Business Area Milling Solutions in close alignment with the regions and Controlling colleagues
  • You deliver ad-hoc analyses, contribute to finance projects and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting, controlling, or a similar field of study or formal education
  • At least two years of professional experience in controlling and/or accounting within an international corporate environment
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4 and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, including advanced data analysis experience
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills and ideally experience with ERP/BI systems, automation tools, data modelling, or OneStream
  • Fluency in English, combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities; German or other language are an advantage
