Job Responsibilities

Sie tragen die fachliche Verantwortung für den Beruf Automatiker:in
Sie verantworten den gesamten Prozess – von der Selektion über die Versetzungsplanung und Prüfungsvorbereitung bis hin zum Lehrabschluss
Sie stellen gemäss gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und bedarfsgerecht die Qualität und Vollständigkeit der Grundbildung in den Automationsberufen sicher
Sie wirken in der praktischen und theoretischen Grund- sowie Vertiefungsausbildung mit
Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Berufs und an Projekten

Qualifications

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Automatiker:in oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
Sie haben sich in den Bereichen Automation bzw. Elektrotechnik weitergebildet
Sie bringen eine pädagogische Qualifikation mit oder sind bereit, diese zu erwerben
Der Umgang mit jungen Menschen und die Vermittlung von Wissen bereiten Ihnen Freude
Sie zeichnen sich durch Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke aus und verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse
