Du möchtest technische Herausforderungen direkt vor Ort lösen, Produktionsprozesse optimieren und gleichzeitig an der Weiterentwicklung innovativer Lösungen mitwirken? In dieser spannenden Position repräsentierst du die Anwendungstechnik und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Entwicklung, Engineering und Kundenservice – sowohl international beim Kunden als auch im Versuchslabor.

Job Responsibilities

Du unterstützt den Produktionsstart von Neuanlagen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort – von der Inbetriebnahme und dem Hochfahren der Anlage bis hin zur Fehlersuche, Störungsbeseitigung sowie Optimierung des Gießprozesses
Du optimierst den Produktionsoutput und stellst die Funktion sowie Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen bei unseren internationalen Kunden sicher
Du legst Prozessparameter fest, entwickelst diese weiter und trägst aktiv zur Stabilität, Effizienz und Qualität der Produktionsprozesse bei
Du überwachst und analysierst Qualitätsdaten, identifizierst Ursachen bei Ausschuss und leitest geeignete Korrekturmaßnahmen ein
Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen, unterstützt anwendungstechnische Entwicklungsprojekte, betreibst Versuchsinstallationen im Versuchslabor und bist international mit einer Reisetätigkeit von bis zu 60 % im Einsatz

Qualifications

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer, Automatiker, Polymechaniker, Elektriker, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Automobilmechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Prozessoptimierung oder Anwendungstechnik
Grundkenntnisse in Metallurgie, Strömungstechnik und Thermodynamik von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Elektrik/Elektronik sowie in hydraulischen Komponenten wünschenswert
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen von bis zu 60 %
