Gestalten Sie als Project Manager im Business Druckguss die Zukunft einer Schlüsseltechnologie der Industrie mit – indem Sie internationale, hochautomatisierte Anlagenprojekte von der ersten Offert- und Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Kundenübergabe verantworten und so täglich erleben, wie aus innovativen Ideen leistungsfähige Lösungen für unsere Kunden werden.

Job Responsibilities

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung und Abwicklung von internationalen Anlage-Projekten im Bereich Druckguss - von der Offert- und Konzeptphase über die Planung bis hin zur Kundenübergabe - mit einem hohem Automatisierungsgrad
Dabei übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung des Projektteams inklusive Ressourceneinsatzplanung
Sie übernehmen die Projektanalyse, Problemerkennung und -behebung sowie Einleitung von Massnahmen
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Basic- und Detailengineering unter Einbezug von internen und externen Stakeholdern
Sie haben Freude am regelmässigen Kontakt zu Kunden und diversen internen und externen Stakeholdern und unterstützen bei der Offerterstellung

Qualifications

Technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik (FH/HF) oder ähnlich
Erfahrung in der Abwicklung internationaler Anlageprojekte
Kenntnisse in Automatisation und Elektroplanung
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch- und Englisch sowie Fähigkeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen zu interagieren
Selbstständige, motivierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit, welche offen für internationale Reisen ist (ca. 20%)
