Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you take a key role in our business: designing and realizing special grains & pulses plants for our customers worldwide. You will be leading a project team, including a wide range of different stakeholders. It will be in your hands to deliver important projects within the negotiated framework requirements, always keeping an optimal margin in sight.

Job Responsibilities

  • You manage the project team to keep costs, schedule, quality as well as EHS targets aligned
  • You apply appropriate analysis of risk, opportunity and deviation management
  • You maintain professional relationships with customers, partners and main subcontractors
  • You establish and maintain operating standards to uphold quality and customer satisfaction
  • You support and coach the project team, provide on-the-job training

Qualifications

  • Technical degree from a university of applied sciences (or equivalent training)
  • Solid knowledge of project management and business administration, combined with expertise in risk and opportunity assessment
  • Proven skills in plant projects in an international environment and strong planning and organizational skills
  • Business fluent in German and English and very good communication skills at all levels
  • Open to international travel of approx. 10 - 20%
