Summary

The Service Academy Coordinator is responsible for driving internal academy projects, initiatives, and training programs by managing schedules, deliverables, and daily academy operations. This role oversees training delivery, tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinating training needs and planning with regions and BA/BUs. Additionally, the coordinator will work closely with stakeholders and external learning experts to ensure effective and aligned rollout of training initiatives. Job Responsibilities

  • You manage and track Service Academy projects and training programs, including schedules, deliverables, and operational processes
  • You oversee training delivery, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure training targets are met
  • You conduct training needs analyses and coordinate with regions and BA/BUs to plan and communicate training requirements
  • You collaborate with stakeholders and external learning experts to ensure successful alignment and rollout of training initiatives
  • You own and manage the skills matrix, overseeing all change requests, governance processes, and updates to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational needs

Qualifications

  • Commercial or technical education (further education is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in assessing program effectiveness and driving improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and very good communication skills in English, with a passion for education and continuous learning
  • Familiarity with learning management system (LMS), as well as data and analysis reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-regional environment
