Summary
As a Sustainability Analyst, you play a critical role in shaping our company’s sustainability strategy and performance. You drive reporting, certifications, and regulatory compliance, support decarbonisation, and maintain key data tools. You also deliver customer-facing environmental impact services, strengthening our market position by turning complex sustainability requirements into actionable business value.
Job Responsibilities
- You lead and support company-wide sustainability reporting, disclosures, and external audits
- You collect, validate, and document sustainability data in line with key frameworks (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, ISO, etc.)
- You coordinate certifications and external ESG assessments (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, ISO audits)
- You monitor and analyze Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and contribute to decarbonisation initiatives
- You maintain sustainability tools and dashboards and support customer-facing environmental impact analyses and workshops
Qualifications
- You bring 1–5 years of professional experience and a strong interest or background in sustainability, ESG, or climate topics
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and are confident working with data, assumptions, and Excel
- You communicate clearly and can explain complex analyses to non-experts using compelling PowerPoint materials
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way, taking ownership of your workstreams and collaborating well with internal and external stakeholders
- You are fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus) and are open to learning new data and basic AI tools
