Job Responsibilities

In Ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie die Führung unseres dreiköpfigen DC-Cell Automation Teams im Bereich Engineering und führen gleichzeitig anspruchsvolle, innovative und internationale Kundenprojekte durch
Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie einerseits bei der Strategieerarbeitung im Bereich Automatisierung und Digitalisierung und andererseits das eigene Team bei Entwicklungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
Sie haben Freude an der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und stellen gleichzeitig die Schnittestelle zu anderen Entwicklungsbereichen, Engineering, Customer Service und Produktmanagement sicher
Sie arbeiten mit Kunden, Lieferanten und instituten zusammen
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kostenkontrolle der aktuellen Projekte im Bereich der Zellenautomation

Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Softwareengineering o.ä. sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierung und Projektleitung
Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und im Controlling
Kenntnisse im Bereich PLC u/o high-level-languages sowie in der Anwendung von Schnittstellentechnologien, wie z.B. OPC UA und MQTT
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
Strukturierte, selstständige und innovative Person, welche Kundenbedürfnisse proaktiv abholen und verstehen kann
