Job Responsibilities

Sie unterstützen unsere KV-Lernenden in ihrer Ausbildung und begleiten diese bei Ausbildungsprojekten, Lerninhalten sowie Weiterbildungsangeboten
Sie sind zuständig für die Verwaltung von Lehrverträgen, die Pflege der Stammdaten, die Kontrolle von Absenzen sowie die Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden
Sie führen die Administration im Recruiting von Lernenden, pflegen das Online-Recruiting-Tool und stehen in engem Austausch mit Bewerbenden sowie Schulen
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Berufsbildungs-Events und Messeauftritten
Sie übernehmen die administrative und organisatorische Koordination unserer Berufsbildungsaktivitäten sowie der internen und externen Vermarktung der Berufsbildung

Qualifications

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit optionaler Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere fortgeschrittene InDesign-Kenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) sowie digitalen Tools und Plattformen
Hohe Affinität und Freude an der Aus- und Weiterbildung junger Menschen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und hohe Serviceorientierung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
