工程设计工程师Mechanical Engineer(谷物事业部）

Job Responsibilities

-Prepare process diagrams, layout and installation plans, compile detail construction drawings and prepare complete project documentation for the project as per guidelines given by the Project Manager. 准备流程图、布局图及安装计划，编制细节建设图，根据项目经理的指导，为项目准备全套项目文件 

-Must understand the concept of good quality in drawings and documentation for the success of the project. Review and self check the quality of process- and detail- engineering drawings generated in your project. 清楚的理解成功项目所需要的图纸及文件质量的重要性，及时回顾及自查项目中工艺及细节工程图纸的质量 

-Should be able to understand engineering standards and use them effectively in day-to-day work 在日常工作中，充分理解并有效的使用公司内部的工程标准 

-Assist Project Manager to support Site Installation Manager during the installation and start-up phase of the project. 项目安装及启动阶段，协助项目经理支持现场安装经理

-Visit site during the Installation phase of your project to understand the relation between drawing and reality and upgrade your knowledge .在现场视察项目安装阶段，理解图纸与现实的关系，提高自身的知识

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above, major in grain processing or mechanical and chemical engineering .本科或硕士研究生学历，粮食工程/机械设计与工程以及相关专业毕业 

-Experience in professional planning of process plant is preferred .有车间流程专业规划经验者优先 

-Should have working experience of 1-2 years in a similar function 1至2年相关工作经验 

-Good English both in oral and written .能熟练地使用英语交流和写作 

-Professional experience in AutoCAD & MS Office .较好地掌握Office软件和CAD软件 

-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills 良好的人际关系和团队合作能力 

-Ability to be detail oriented without losing sight of the big picture 能够以细节为导向不忽视大局 

-High self initiative for learning and acquiring new skills / knowledge required for the job. Should be a quick learner 高度主动、自发、快速学习与工作有关的新知识和新技能的能力 

-Should be an open communicator & team player, and should integrate in the team naturally .需要具备开诚布公、团队合作精神，能够融入团队 

-Should be flexible in working times and be able to travel as per the project requirements .在工作时间上灵活性强，能够适应工作需要的出差
