Summary

Two leading market and technology companies – Premier Tech in packaging and Bühler in grain and food processing – are now establishing a fifty-fifty joint venture called Buhler Premier Tech to create new cost-effective packaging solutions and achieve greater success in the global market.

Job Responsibilities

• To Independently transfer BOM of electrical section into whole machine, and maintain MBOM and routing in SAP 独立确定，转化整机电气BOM 结构, 维护MBOM和工艺
• Be responsible for creating or improving process, working hours, familiar with process of electrical installation and commissioning and working hours编制与优化电气安装调试的工艺流程，制定工时
• Standard product wire diagram: Work with design authority (overseas) to design, develop, and maintain standard wire diagram and list for automatic machines, robot palletizer标准产品电路图：与海外工程师一起设计、开发、标准化电路图及清单
• Project wire diagram: Customize OBOM and electrical diagram according to standard product diagram客户项目图纸：根据标准的产品电气原理图定制客户项目的OBOM和电路图
• Project start-up preparation: Set up and calibrate electrical and electronic components, download the PLC program, solving the electrical issues during testing客户项目调试准备：设置并校准电气元器件参数,下载PLC程序,解决测试过程中的电气问题
• To make new production introduction, coordinate with relevant department to ensure project is going ahead (focus on delivery, cost, quality) 新产品项目的导入，协调各部门确保项目顺利进行（关注货期，成本，质量）
• To effectively organize or lead implement of cost reduction project 有效组织或者领导降本项目的实施
• To support TS project implemented on site支持现场的精益生产活动
• To support quality improvement with quality people, support in supplier side, if necessary支持质量部门的质量改善，如果需要，需要到供应商进行支持
• Create SOP with support from quality people and operators在质量与现场的帮助下，创建标准作业指导书
• Follow up manufacturing and quality problems to find solutions负责对生产中遇到的制造和质量问题的跟进和方案的落实。
• Lead and push the lean manufacturing about safety, quality, efficiency and cost带领并推动针对安全、质量、效率、成本方面的持续改善。

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (major in automation or electronic engineering or other related) 本科学历（自动化或电子工程类或相关专业）
• 8+ year work experience in electron industry 8年以上电子行业背景
• 5+year work experience in complete machine 5年以上整机行业
•  Be excellent at English skill, independently communicate 良好的英语技能，能够进行独立沟通
• Be familiar with tools and fixtures in electrical installation and testing process 熟悉电气安装测试过程中的常用工具和工装。
• Use computer to make standard sheets such as work instruction 能熟练使用电脑并编制工作指导书等文件
• Experience in independently creating a complete electrical schematic using EPLAN 具备用EPLAN独立完成一套完整电气原理图经验
• Sense of being master 主人翁精神
