Summary

In 2007, Bühler (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. We lead the market in grain handling and processing, consumer food manufacturing, and grinding and dispersion with our advanced technology advantages. We have several independent application centers and customer service centers for milling, pasta, color sorting, consumer food, grinding and dispersion, providing integrated solutions for multiple industry chains.

Job Responsibilities

  • Equipment / BML List:Make motor and apparatus list according machine definition. Transfer BML list according HW design requirement. Clarify and check BML from mechanical / process.
  • MCC Design:Concept design according process. Cabinet design / analyze with experience. Design circuit diagram based on BML list. Choose material according BML date. Layout design for MCC cabinet.
  • Installation Design:Cable tray design according machine layout. Cable list for whole plant. Installation accessories summarize.
  • MCC Testing / Check:Testing / Check cabinets on Group’s manufacture factory or third supplier. Quality control for the cabinets.
  • Site Installation Supervision:Work on site (China or other country) with mechanical & process engineer. Management and installation supervision for electrical team. IO testing independently using program tools. Interlocking testing with software engineer. Good relationship with customer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation;
  • Above three years’ work experience in MCC design or electrical installation on site
  • Familiar with electrical engineering tools, such as Engineering Base, E-Plan, AutoCAD
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Visio, Word;
  • Familiar with electrical material, such as Schneider, Siemens, Wago;
  • Basic knowledge for Siemens PLC software, such as Step 7;
  • Good English speaking, reading and writing;
  • Be team worker, leader, communicative, intelligent, balanced, technical;
  • Effect communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Be Intelligent, willing to learn, work under pressure, behavior under pressure, Work-Life Balance;
  • Proposal of alternative solutions, new ideas, and suggestions for improvement;
  • Willing to travel.
