Summary

Bühler China is your competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Job Responsibilities

Customer quotation     

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly 
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil his/her needs 
  • Identification of spare Parts 
  • Create complete Client Quotations for Spare and Wear Parts (commercial / technical)  and do following up 

 

Order Fulfilment      

  • Fulfilment of the client promise for spare and wear parts orders 
  • Plan and secure that the order is at the right place at the right time 
  • Check delivery dates and initiate action to meet client promise 
  • Fulfil all promises and commitments to the Client by accurately planning and securing stock Manufacturing- and procured Items 
  • Continuous feedback to the Client regarding status and deviation of promised delivery date.      
  •  Communication with service station/other team to offer support. 

 

Other task assigned by management team 

Qualifications

  • College degree or above majored in one of the following: 
  • Commercial Logistics, Technics / Engineering  
  • Sound PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • SAP (SD Module, Stock and Procurement) 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within sales/service and manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills 
  • Enthusiastic to tackle new opportunities and build up new and innovative solutions 
  • Can read & write in English
