Job Responsibilities

-    Automation Software developing and maintenance
-    Concept development and implementation of various automation tasks within a die casting machine or cell. 
-    Specification and verification of machine and cell automation software
-    Consideration of electric, hydraulic and mechanical constraints and working in close partnership with mechanical/Hydraulic engineering/Hardware
-    HMI Software developing and maintenance
-    Concept development and implementation of new HMI applications based on latest technology for machine visualizations
-    Specification and verification of HMI modules
-    Automation Hardware developing and maintenance
-    Concept development and implementation of new hardware of control system
-    General
-    Maintain machine SW engineering and its documentation during the product life cycle
-    Define and execute continuous improvements in coordination with product and project management
-    Leading automation part of new development project includes giving training to other departments
-    Work closely with customer service/project team to be close customer to improve machine SW/ control
-    Strong support on customer site for customer issues
-    Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

-    Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering related
-    2+ years in Beckoff or other Codesys based PLC development(programming)
-    5+ years in PLC development(programming)
-    Expertise in PLC programming, prefer IEC61131-3(Codesys) and Siemens TIA
-    Expertise in PLC Control System includes hardware/wirings/sensors/motors/drives etc.
-    Knowledge of E-plan or other ECAD tools.
-    Good language skills in English both in write and verbal
-    Knowledge in Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic is a plus
-    Knowledge in Robotics is a plus
-    Knowledge in Die casting industry/Injection module industry is a plus
-    Profound knowledge in designing modular systems
-    Project management skills with well-structured approach
