Job Responsibilities
- Set up regional supplier quality team, with defined roles and responsibilities
- Manage supplier regular audit plans, to constantly drive supplier quality management system improvements to meet Buhler quality standards
- Lead supplier qualification projects and new supplier on boarding process from sampling to ramping up
- Manage supplier non-conformity cases to minimize the disturbance to internal manufacturing workshops and external customers
- Drive Supplier quality performance improvement with clear KPIs in place, and analyze supplier quality indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions
- Build regional supplier scorecard and manage supplier claim process
- Plan and execute supplier development projects together with strategic procurement team, to build world class supplier base with requested supply capacity and quality performance
- Work with category management team on supplier relationship management, to promote supplier partnership with Buhler
- Propose and develop new logistic and information tools in order to improve the information flow to the supplier with the objective to increase volume flexibility and on time delivery performance;
- Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with internal stakeholders to strive Buhler business excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of supplier quality experience in multinational companies
- Minimum 10 years of quality management positions
- Good English both in spoken and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Solid quality management knowledge
- Good skills in communication, coordination and cooperation
