Bühler (China) Investment Co., Ltd. established in 2011 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is the group headquarters of the Swiss Bühler Group in Greater China and the first integrated headquarters of multinational companies in Jiangsu Province. With our advanced technology, we lead the market in grain handling and processing, consumer food manufacturing, and die-casting, grinding and dispersion. Job Responsibilities

Tasks

  • SAP Customer Project process management and improvements(all customer project related SAP S4/HANA modules: SD, MM and FICO)
  • Regional User Support (2nd level support)
  • Coordination of requirements in the region
  • Placement of local requirements toward global solutions
  • Implementation of new system functionalities and processes
  • Integration in SAP rollout projects in the region China and SEA
  • Corporation with regional Business Process Managers
  • Coordination with global SAP Team (ITP Switzerland and India)
  • Lead for regional project
  • User trainings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree in information technology, business administration or engineering.
  • Under professional competence.
  • Good SAP knowledge in all the standard modules SD, PS, MM and FICO.
  • Knowledge on MS Power Platform is of advantage.
  • Good knowledge of English, verbal and written.
  • Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
  • Is skilled in process-oriented thinking, possesses conceptual skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Has the ability to quickly gain an overview of the situation; analyze situations and to propose workable solutions.
  • Has the ability to quickly understand the requirement of the users, analyze the problems and provide solutions.
  • Should be good in Documentation to maintain the knowledge base for future reference.
  • Customer oriented acting.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Is secure in his/her ability to communicate and present.
  • Flexible / Analytical Thinking.
  • Good Leadership skills to sell the ideas.
  • Has a high commitment to quality.
  • Is prepared to travel internationally if needed for Training or Support or Projects within the Region.
