Bühler (China) Investment Co., Ltd. established in 2011 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is the group headquarters of the Swiss Bühler Group in Greater China and the first integrated headquarters of multinational companies in Jiangsu Province. With our advanced technology, we lead the market in grain handling and processing, consumer food manufacturing, and die-casting, grinding and dispersion. Job Responsibilities

-    Lead supplier quality management system audit, and new supplier on boarding process from sampling to ramping up 
-    Manage supplier non-conformity cases to minimize the disturbance to internal manufacturing workshops and external customers
-    Drive supplier to conduct root cause analysis (like 8D principle) to take systematic improvement activities.
-    Drive Supplier quality performance improvement with clear KPIs in place, and analyze supplier quality indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions
-    Plan and execute supplier development projects together with category managers, to build world class supplier base with requested supply capacity and quality performance
-    Work with category manager on supplier relationship management, to promote supplier partnership with Buhler 
-    Be familiar with the process of material, machining, surface treatment, electrical components, or mechanical components.
-    Have a good understanding of the properties of various materials and mechanical principles.
-    Have experience in standard parts and non-metallic component manufacturing process and technician.

Qualifications

-    Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
-    Minimum 5 years of work experience in multinational companies
-    Minimum 3 years of supplier quality management experience
-    At least 3 years working experience in mechanical field
-    Good English in written while Spoken is preferred.
-    Familiar with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
-    Solid quality management knowledge, especially 8D improvement skills.
-    Good skills in communication, coordination and cooperation
