Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • 开发，维护巧克力及咖啡行业新老客户，并建立良好客户关系，持续跟踪客户动态及需求;
  • 负责公司巧克力与咖啡相关设备，解决方案及服务的市场推广与销售，并完成个人及团队目标;
  • 挖掘客户需求，并快速反馈，提供专业的产品介绍，方案讲解;
  • 收集市场信息，竞争对手情况，客户反馈情况，并向公司汇报;
  • 维护CRM系统客户及项目等信息;
  • 负责就现有的项目与其他部门进行协调, 统筹客户需求对接，联合技术、报价，工程等团队输出技术方案、工艺设计、设备配置及报价方案等;
  • 协同技术、售后团队，跟进设备安装、调试、验收及客户反馈，提升客户满意度与服务产品销售;
  • 执行公司及部门的其他战略

Qualifications

  • 本科学历，机械、自动化、食品科学与工程、市场营销等相关专业优先;
  • 至少5年以上的工作经验及3年以上工业设备销售经验，有食品机械、包装设备、巧克力/咖啡设备销售经验者优先;
  • 能看懂基本设备图纸、技术参数者优先;
  • 熟悉食品生产加工流程，了解巧克力生产线、咖啡烘焙设备等产品知识者优先;
  • 目标感强，能接受出差，抗压能力强，具备良好的客户服务意识;
  • 具备较强的商务谈判、方案讲解、需求挖掘能力，能独立对接工厂负责人、采购、技术部门;
  • 大学英语四级或以上，流利的口语和书面英语和中文能力;
  • 有活力、有上进心、责任心强和具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识;
  • 熟练使用MS Office;
  • 敢于承担责任，有强烈的主动性;
  • 以业务为导向，有强烈的自驱力,能长期出差
