Summary

Job Responsibilities

-    Responsibility for quality of all laboratory analysis results对所有实验室分析结果的质量负责
-    Ensures the all-time top condition of equipment (mechanically and sanitation)确保设备始终处于最佳状态（机械和环境卫生）
-   Ensures the professional reporting of lab results确保实验结果的专业性
-    Ensures the presence of the department at every GM monthly review确保出席每一次月度回顾
-    Prepares every year the request for investment in equipment and infrastructure 准备每年购买设备的需求
-    Ensures the skills of all team members 确保团队成员的技术能力
-    Joins a flour milling course at the GM Training Center参加面粉生产工艺培训
-   Delivers monthly report to BD Management向管理层提供月度报
-   Trains personally internal colleagues 组织内部同事培训
-    Responsible for Archive of all the relevant documents负责所有相关文件的存档
-    Collecting actively data and information needed to fulfill tasks主动收集完成任务所需的数据和信息
-    Actively takes care about own further education主动地持续学习 
-    Develop team members培养和发展团队成员
-    Define the suitable training course with training center与培训中心一起制定培训课程

Qualifications

-     Major in food and inspection, bachelor degree or above食品相关专业，本科以上学历
-    Above 5 years’ experience in practical Milling lab5年以上制粉实验室经验
-    Communication and correspondence in English 良好的英语沟通能力
-     Basic knowledge of the process technology used in the business unit熟悉各业务部门的工艺知识及应用
-    Expert knowledge in the areas of food safety, and safety analysis plus knowledge of relevant safety regulations 具备食品安全，安全分析领域的专业知识以及相关的安全法规知识
-    Certain detect knowledge of a second grain variety (e.g. Rye, Oat, ..)具备第二类谷物品种的知识，比如黑麦、燕麦……
-    Expert knowledge of all laboratory methods and equipment that are applied in a modern grain mill  熟悉实验室实验方法和设备在现代谷物研磨中的应用
-    Motivate others to get involved 善于激励团队其他成员
