Summary

In 2007, Bühler (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. was established in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. We lead the market in grain handling and processing, consumer food manufacturing, and grinding and dispersion with our advanced technology advantages. We have several independent application centers and customer service centers for milling, pasta, color sorting, consumer food, grinding and dispersion, providing integrated solutions for multiple industry chains. 
With our vision of “Innovations for a better world”, we are committed to developing more innovative solutions by leveraging the global resources of the Bühler Group and taking advantage of localization.

Job Responsibilities

-在客户现场负责设备安装，调试，维修工作;
-发现客户痛点，提供布勒的解决方案，并组织实施;
- 跨部门沟通，协调内部资源解决客户现场疑难问题;
-结合经验建立标准化文档，提高服务效率;
-通过电话、邮件、传真等形式，为客户提供技术支持；
-与客户保持良好的沟通和联系,主动定期拜访客户;

Qualifications

- 大专以上学历，机械、粮食加工相关专业;
- 机械、液压等相关知识积累丰富、机械技能扎实
-具备电气基础知识，能解决常规电气问题
-从事五年以上粮食加工设备维护相关经验者优先
-具备基本的英语读写能力;
-良好的MS Office软件应用能力;

-有较强的动手能力，愿意在压力下工作，能适应超过200天/年的出差频率;
- 开朗，诚实可信，乐于沟通，工作认真积极，乐于团队合作。
